May I have more information regarding a product?


Our Customer Service is available for any clarification or technical information about products on sale.


I'm not sure about size/dimensions of the product.


You can verify the dimensions of the products in the Size Chart page in our website. If you still have any questions or doubt you can send an email to hello@yveclothing.com explaining the articles that interest you and we will answer as soon as possible to verify your size or dimensions.


How much time needs my order to be processed? 


Generally, we process the order request in 24/48h.


Can I modify or cancel my order?


If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. By contacting our Customer Service it is possible to cancel the order if it has not yet been processed. If you want to make a last minute change and your order has already been processed or you want to report a problem write to hallo@yveclothing.com and we will assist you without compromise.


I have a discount code. How do I use it?


All discount codes must be entered in the field dedicated to coupon codes in the shopping cart, followed by the key “Apply”.

Remenber to check the validity, as they always have a date of expiry, and the conditions of use.


I have made a mistake in ordering an article. What do I do?


If the product you bought is in the wrong color/size or not in your liking, just contact our Customer Service in order to register your return request and receive the return procedure.


I have finished my order, can I add an article?


We are sorry, but once the order has been placed, no more items can be added to the cart. Please, place a new order for the new item and get in touch with us. We will be happy to make a new shipment, with all the items. It will be sent within 24/48 hours from the original order.


Where is my order confirmation?


As soon as you finish the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail to the email address that you indicated in the request. If for some reason you do not receive the email of confirmation, please check the spam folder. If you can't find it in the spam folder, please send an email to hello@yveclothing.com. We will verify it's all right with your order and we will take care to send you the confirmation, as soon as possible.


When will my order arrive?


Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days from the purchase. Shipping times may vary depending on the availability of the merchandise. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. The time for the delivery may change, depending on the courier service and the type of delivey service you had chosen.


I have received the wrong article or a faulty article. What do I do?


If the goods that have been purchased are faulty or different from the order, just contact our Customer Service in order to register your return request and receive the return procedure. In case of faulty items YVE CLOTHING will send you the items and will take charge of the shipping costs connected to the faulty product.


Can I return or change the items I have purchased?


All items sold in our website can be returned or exchanged, in accordance with the parameters of the exchange and return policy specified on this website. See Term and Conditions.

How long does the refund of a return process take?


Once we have received a package, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified by email at the address that appears on your order, when this operation is carried out.

Keep in mind that, depending on your bank, the process to receive the transaction to your account, may require additional days.
